Status of the Organisation 

RODI is a Kenyan NGO registered under the NGO Co-ordination Bureau.
An Executive Management Board (EMB) of six members governs RODI. 

RODI has two offices; the main office is in Ruiru, about 25 Km Northeast of Nairobi and a field office in Kisumu.

Organisational Structure and Staffing

RODI organizational structure is made up of an Executive Management Board, an Executive Director, a Project Coordinator, a Program Officer, four Project Officers an Administrator/Accountant and an Office Assistant/Driver.
