This strategic plan accouts for 5 strategic objectives for RODI kenya and implementation stategies for the period 2009 to 2013.

The strategic objectives are.
 To establish a resource/ training centre and implement a resource mobilization strategy by 2014
 To upscale Restorative Prisoner Rehabilitation Approaches in Eastern Africa region.
 To establish a network of CSO’s working with schools to build a base for advocacy work.
 To strengthen the institutional capacity of RODI Kenya.
