Institutional Development and Strengthening

As we transition RODI Kenya into a financially sustainable organization with a strong organization structure and visible brand, we engage in institutional development and strengthening interventions through resource mobilization, partnerships and capacity building.

The interventions include:

• Staff and stakeholder capacity building based on training needs assessment
• Training and outreach on agro-ecology, domestic and hygiene products, agro-processing and value addition, eco-construction
• Conference and accommodation facilities
• Production and sale of organic farm products- eg Moringa, Roselle, lemon grass etc.
• Production and sale of domestic and hygiene products eg Liquid soap, hand sanitizer, hand wash, bleach
